Can I change/fix my shipping address?
We'll gladly assist you in changing/fixing your shipping before your order is shipped! Simply contact support
*Please note that the shipping address CANNOT be changed if the package has already been shipped out.
When do you ship the item for delivery?
All orders are subject to a processing time that is separate from the shipping time. We ship within 2 business days after the order has been placed, except if placed during the weekend or during a local holiday. In that case, it would be processed the following business day. Times may vary during peak seasons.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your parcel leaves our warehouse, which will include all tracking information.
Which are your shipping companies?
We ship through FedEx, DHL, and USPS.
How long does the delivery take to arrive?
Our delivery usually takes between 3-7 business days from the moment the shipping company has it. Times may vary depending on the carrier and during peak seasons.
What happens if I introduce the wrong address?
We suggest contacting the carrier IMMEDIATELY to request assistance. Some carriers give the option of picking up the package at one of their locations.
What happens if my order shows as delivered, but I don’t have it?
Didn't receive your order even though the tracking link says it was delivered?
If you think your package is lost or missing, we advise you to check with the members of your household or neighbors to find out if they have received or seen your package. We also recommend you check around your property, as it is possible that the parcel was left there. Secondly, reach out to your local courier to confirm the delivery status.

Do you ship worldwide?
We do ship worldwide, so you may enjoy your Sculptology from all over the world. Our international shipping charges DO NOT include additional charges for customs, import, duties, or tax fees. These must be paid by you as we don’t control these charges and we can’t predict what they might be, as we ship worldwide, and customs policies differ widely depending on destination. Please note that our sculptology devices get shipped with the traditionally known “American plugs”, they can fit into energy power outlets type A and B with a standard voltage of 120 V. We do not process refunds for LOST OR STOLEN packages, confirmed DELIVERED by the carrier.
